We are excited to highlight Dionisia, an outstanding student from the Kainam community whose academic journey truly reflects the spirit of our Eagle Scholarships and the 3Rs of our values – resilience, being results-oriented and being rooted locally.
Selected into our Eagle Scholarship Program in 2019, Dionisia has consistently grown into one of the program’s brightest stars. His exceptional commitment to his studies has been evident throughout his scholarship.
In early December, Dionisia proudly completed his Form 4 studies at Edmund Rice Sinon Secondary School. However, he didn’t just finish; he excelled, emerging as the top student across most subjects! During the graduation ceremony, his outstanding performance was further recognised with the prestigious award of Overall Best Student among all candidates.
Dionisia’s success is a powerful testament to what Kamitei Eagles can achieve when provided with the right support and opportunities. His journey serves as inspiration to many younger students in his home community of Kainam and beyond, proving that indeed, Eagles truly do fly high!
Reflecting on his journey, Dionisia shared, “I am so grateful for the support from the Eagle Scholarship Program. It has given me the resources and encouragement to push myself and achieve these results. Seeing my hard work pay off is incredibly rewarding, and I hope my success can inspire other students to believe in their potential.”
