Measuring
IMPACT

Always results-oriented

Kamitei gauges success not by intentions alone but by the positive change we observe in the community, and the longevity of that change.

Everything we do is guided by our Theory of Change and recently updated Strategic Plan. As always, our approach is locally-rooted and results-oriented. By prioritising results, Kamitei ensures that our efforts translate into meaningful improvements in education, community well-being, and opportunities for youth.

It is because of our values, including resilience, that Kamitei has been able to stay committed to our long-term vision and achieve a long-term positive impact for the next generation in the rural communities in Tanzania that we partner with.

We strive to constantly improve the quality of our programs so that we deliver maximum sustained impact on the literacy and learning outcomes of the students and young people reached through our activities.
